CHIMERA
A chimera is a mythological creature of hybrid nature. This beautiful dilute tortoiseshell girl with a half orange/half grey nose is 5 years old and embodies a typical mixed tortie nature. Chimera is a laid-back cat who enjoys sleeping next to humans and likes a quiet environment. She is good with other cats, unknown with dogs and would do best with children over 12.
Perfect litter box habits and can be picked up/handled/brushed. Chimera's diet requires Blue Buffalo food only given in small portions several times a day. She is UTD with her Rabies and Distemper vaccinations. Contact: machinegurl32@gmail.com
About Us
Foxhill Fosters provides a loving, clean, spacious, healthy, enriched, and safe environment for cats in need of foster care.

We foster for nonprofit cat rescues, and temp foster for independent rescuers with secured rescue placement.​ We are experienced in social rehabilitation, behavioral consultation, and have volunteered 8 years in full time cat rescue.
Fostering first began in 2018. Foxhill Fosters (FF) was established on 11/6/2023, and it became an official registered nonprofit on 7/11/2024. To date, 78 cats have been fostered for rescue organizations, with no monetary or benefit compensation.
NO MIXING RULE: any donations offered to Foxhill Fosters are restricted to independent temp hold cats with secured rescue placement, and never used for rescue organization cats. Any supplies provided for rescue organization cats are restricted to organization cats only. 100% of independent donations are applied to care for temp hold cats cats for food, litter and cat care, with detailed and transparent accounting. No fee has ever been charged for any cat care and no solicitation for donations has ever been made for any cat in Foxhill Fosters.

NOTE: cats from different cat rescues or origins are never mixed together, unless authorized by the host rescue. Cats have their own rooms, with an airlock system as a buffer. Also, quarantine and sanitary protocols are observed to avoid any potentially transmittable illness.

Foxhill Fosters is a wholly separate entity from Foxhill Theatre and Foxhill Media.
FF is in full compliance with City of Orono ordinances.
